Year 10 students, members of the Futures Eco Committee were invited to participate in the Climate and Ecological Emergency (CEE) Bill Alliance Oxfordshire event. The students submitted a video question for our MP for North Oxfordshire, Victoria Prentis:

CEE launched this campaign to bring a Private Members’ Bill to MPs’ attention so that it can be taken through parliament and passed. This will be a hard-fought process but it has been done before with major climate legislation. The bill has the potential to become the most significant move forward since the Climate Change Act 2008.

Students from the Futures Eco Committee were enthusiastic to support this important campaign and help to ensure protection for those at risk of climate change now and in the future.
